The Bolton Wanderers have confirmed their pre-season schedule ahead of the 2021/22 season, which includes games against Preston North End, Barrow and Blackburn Rovers.

Ian Evatt’s outfit is back in the top division after his promotion in the previous campaign and preparations for the new campaign are already underway.

Their preseason kicks off with a trip to neighbors Longridge Town on Saturday 10 July before playing a series of friendly matches against Atherton Colleries, Manchester United, Preston and Barrow. Bolton’s schedule ends when Sky Bet Championship team Blackburn Rovers visits the University of Bolton Stadium on Saturday 31 July, one week before the start of the league campaign.

Wanderers were supposed to face Blackburn last season until the friendly game was canceled after a change in the Carabao Cup.

The club advises that these matches are subject to change and that the ticket details for all friendly matches will be announced in due course.
