On Wednesday, Edmonton Football Team jailed seven players from its 2020 draft class, including offensive lineman and four Tomas Jack-Kurdyla from the University of Buffalo.
Jack-Kurdyla has played 47 games for the Bulls in the last four seasons and made 40 wary starts.
In 2019, the six-foot-three, 300-pound Montreal soccer player was part of an offensive lines group that received a Honorable Mention for the Joe Moore Award, given to the top 15 offensive lines in Division 1 NCAA.

Linebacker Malik Tyne – an election from the third round – played 43 games for Towson University in four seasons.
In 2019, Tyne played 12 games, recording 19 tackles, nine quarterback presses, two quarterback sacks, three tackles for a loss, three fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles. It was mainly used in lightning packs.

Guelph Gryphon’s defenseman Dotun Aketepe – a fourth round pick – was selected as an OUA Second Team All-Star in 2019 after completing an average of five tackles per game and recording three interceptions – one for a touchdown – and a quarterback sack.
Wagner offensive lineman and Fort Erie, Ont., Native Chris Gangarossa – a six-round hit – started most of his games in a left tackle against Seahawks.
The defensive end of York, Rossini Sandjong – a seventh round election – and Carleton running back Mitch Raper – an eighth round election – round out the class.

Edmonton Football Team signs former CFL Most Oustanding Rookie Wilder Jr.
Last week the Edmonton Football Team signed a kicker and their selection for the fifth round, Fort Hays State’s Dante Brown, who was twice named Special Team Player of the Year in Division 2 of the NCAA.
In 35 games, Brown combined 84 percent of his field attempts while recording a punt average of 42.4 yards.
