Week 4 of college football season brings another packed Saturday of action, starting with the early window that features a showdown between No. 12 Notre Dame and No. 18 Wisconsin took place. Other early highlights of the week included two SEC division games between number 2 Georgia and Vanderbilt and LSU and the state of Mississippi. Also, a domestic showdown between Texas and Texas Tech lit the scoreboard.

A total of 22 ranked teams will be on duty as the season continues and conference games heat up across the country. Among the most important league matches that afternoon was the number 16 in Arkansas and her win over the number 7 Texas A&M. Clemson’s No. 9 trip to NC State, No. 19 Michigan’s game against Rutgers, and No. 14 Iowa State’s trip to Baylor were also important matchups. Even later in the day there was a lot of excitement when No. 4 Oklahoma got its first taste of Big 12 action against West Virginia. That night, Oregon begins a Pac-12 game against Arizona in late-night action.
