Kane is looking to move to Man City but the Premier League champions remain £ 50m below Spurs’ valuation.

The city is believed to have placed a £ 100 million bid earlier this summer but has not yet returned with an improved offer.

The Kane Transfer saga took a dramatic turn earlier this month when it was reported that he had not returned to the training ground as expected.

The 28-year-old later issued a statement clarifying the incident and being on vacation, but several days after the initial report.

He didn’t play against Man City last weekend when Spurs beat them 1-0 in the opening game of the 2021/22 season.

Kane also didn’t travel for the Europa Conference League loss to Pacos de Ferreira, but it was a severely weakened side that lost 1-0.

Coach Nuno Espirito Santo admitted on Friday that a decision has not yet been made whether he will face the Wolves.

He said: “He trained today, trained well. He will train tomorrow and we will make a decision. I’m so sorry I keep saying the same thing, but that’s how we work.

“It’s an everyday situation.”
