They recorded wins and goals against Turkey, Switzerland and Wales in the group stage as they scored 7 goals in those games. Striker Ciro Immobile has scored two goals in the tournament and is an offensive threat that Austria will be wary of.

On the other hand, Austria beat Ukraine in the final group match to qualify for the round of 16. However, they will have to play against one of the favorites at Wembley on Saturday and hope that their talisman David Alaba can inspire a shock victory over the Azzurri.
