McEachin has over 14 years of experience as a soccer coach. Most recently, he was an assistant coach for the varsity soccer team at Coffee County High School since 2018, working with tight ends, half backs and wide receivers. The Trojans reached the GHSA 6A quarter-finals in 2018 and 2019 and the 5A semi-finals in 2020. He previously served as the offensive coordinator at Swainsboro High School as a coach in Toombs County, Emanuel County. During his tenure with the Tigers, McEachin helped lead his team to three consecutive playoff berths from 2014 to 2016, and 21 of his offensive line players received All Region Recognition.
