Liverpool will then face Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in front of the Sky cameras in another super Sunday blockbuster on October 24th, and Tottenham will also face Manchester United the following weekend.

In the October schedule, Brentford will also face new West London rivals Chelsea on October 16, with another main battle between Arsenal and Crystal Palace as Monday Night Football on October 18.

August, September schedule already confirmed

Sky Sports has already confirmed its live schedule for the first two months of the new season, with Man City’s game at Tottenham and Brentford’s debut against Arsenal being shown live on the opening weekend.

The Gunners’ trip to Brentford Community Stadium will be scheduled for Friday, March 13th.

Another Premier League newcomer, Norwich, will start their season at home against Liverpool on Saturday 14 August, while West Ham’s trip to Newcastle on 15 August opens the campaign’s first Super Sunday.

This is followed by City’s most recent title defense in the Premier League, which begins in Tottenham.

Champions League defending champions Chelsea are also facing a difficult opening and their away trips to Arsenal and Liverpool will both be shown live on consecutive weekends.

The first Monday Night Football of the season takes Sky Sports to London Stadium when West Ham and Leicester – last season battled for European spots – face each other on Monday 23 August.

Two of Manchester United’s inaugural games have also been selected for Sky Live coverage when they travel to Southampton and Wolves on August 22 and August 29, respectively.

Sky Sports will only show 128 live Premier League matches in the 2021/22 season and is your ultimate home football destination, with live coverage of the Premier League, EFL, Scottish Premiership and the recently added FA Women’s Super League.
