Blackburn Rovers could take advantage of the loan market again this summer as Tony Mowbray seeks to bolster its ranks.
The Ewood boss had several loanes on his squad last summer, including Harvey Elliott from Liverpool and Taylor Harwood-Bellis from Manchester City.
It’s a market that rovers could use again if they tried to put together a team capable of pushing for promotion.
Rovers have apparently developed a close working relationship with Liverpool while in the past they have used other Northwestern Premier League clubs.
There are a multitude of players likely to be loaned from the top division in the coming weeks and Rovers is keen to play on the left, middle half and midfield.
With that in mind, we’ve pulled the best, or otherwise best, players out of the Premier League who could move into the EFL for a loan move as the next step in their development.
