ENGLAND starts its Euro 2020 campaign in June, but when and where will the games be played?
The newly planned European Championships are only a few weeks away. Gareth Southgate’s team is a favorite of the tournament.

The tournament will be held in several cities across Europe to mark the 60th anniversary of the competition, which first took place in 1960.
UEFA has now confirmed the official dates, times and venues and SunSport has put together everything you need to know.
When does Euro 2020 start?
The Euros will take place between June 11th and July 11th, 2021.
The opening game will take place on Friday 11 June at 9 p.m. between Turkey and Italy in Rome.
Which group is England in?
England belongs to group D along with Croatia, the Czech Republic and Scotland.

When are England’s games?
- Sunday 13 June – England v Croatia – Wembley Stadium – 2pm
- Thursday June 18 – England v Scotland – Wembley Stadium – 8pm
- Tuesday 22 June – Czech Republic v England – Wembley Stadium – 8pm
What happens next?
If England wins Group D, they will play against the runners-up in Group F. That is Germany, Portugal, France or Hungary.
This game will take place at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday, June 29th at 5pm.
If England is runner-up, they play runners-up in Group E. That’s one of Spain, Poland, Sweden or Slovakia.
This game will take place on Monday June 28th at 5pm at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.
After that?
If England win Group D and the round of 16, the quarter-finals will be on Saturday 3rd July at 8pm in Rome.
If England finishes second in Group D and wins the round of 16, the quarter-finals will be on Friday July 2nd at 5pm in St. Petersburg.
And then?
The semi-finals will take place on Tuesday 6 July and Wednesday 7 July at both Wembley Stadium and at 8 p.m.
The final will take place on Sunday July 11th at 8pm at Wembley Stadium.
