We are in the last month of the season!

The trophies are to be distributed and, above all, the mini-leagues of the Dream Team will be decided.

Transfers will be updated this Friday as the gaffers make their final changes in hopes of getting across the line.

As always, the schedule will matter, and that’s why we’ve highlighted the remaining games for the teams in the top half below for your reference.

Guess who

MAN CITY

  • PSG (h)
  • Chelsea (h)
  • Newcastle (a)
  • Brighton (a)
  • Everton (h)
  • Champions League final? (n)

The Champions League semi-finals will take place just a few hours after this article was published. That’s why we put a question mark after the possible final showdown in Istanbul.

The truth is, no opponent will scare Pep Guardiola’s side in their current form, but they fought Chelsea last time.

Etihad has been a constant source of points and there is no reason to expect otherwise in May.

MAN UNITED

  • Rome (a)
  • Aston Villa (a)
  • Leicester (h)
  • Liverpool (h)
  • Fulham (h)
  • Wolves (a)
  • Europa League final? (n)

The question mark is almost certainly not necessary here after the Red Devils beat Roma 6-2 in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final.

We have planned Liverpool’s trip to Old Trafford ahead of Man United hosts Fulham, but the reorganization of the postponed game has not yet been officially confirmed at the time of writing.

With six games after the transfer update, Bruno Fernandes (£ 5.2m) and co will be hugely popular in May.

End at a climax?

LEICESTER

  • Newcastle (h)
  • Man United (a)
  • Chelsea (n)
  • Chelsea (a)
  • Spores (h)

It’s a very tough run for the Foxes, compounded by successive clashes against Chelsea due to the FA Cup Final.

Kelechi Iheanacho (£ 4.1m) does not fear an opponent in their current form but fans may be concerned about the possibility of a second consecutive surrender in their quest to qualify for the Champions League – they should be enough to win a top -4 result to secure.

CHELSEA

  • Real Madrid (h)
  • Man City (a)
  • Arsenal (h)
  • Leicester (n)
  • Leicester (h)
  • Aston Villa (a)
  • Champions League final? (n)

Another enema that requires the players’ full attention.

Much like Man City, they’ve been in such an impressive groove lately that the dots shouldn’t dry up despite a test highlight.

All eyes on Wednesday’s crash at Stamford Bridge.

On the rise

On the rise

WEST HAM

  • Everton (h)
  • Brighton (a)
  • West Brom (a)
  • Southampton (h)

Only the four games for the Hammers this season, but relatively cheap match-ups – all four opponents are currently in the table below them.

However, with possibly three games less than Man United, you probably don’t want to go all-in at West Ham.

TRACK

  • Leeds (a)
  • Wolves (h)
  • Aston Villa (h)
  • Leicester (a)

Harry Kane (£ 7.3m), Son Heung-min (£ 4.5m) and Gareth Bale (£ 4.5m) have shown themselves to be capable of shedding below average defenses. With three teams in midfield, they were able to end the campaign with a flood of points.

LIVERPOOL

  • Southampton (h)
  • West Brom (a)
  • Man United (a)
  • Burnley (a)
  • Crystal palace (h)

Again, the trip to Old Trafford is planned without official confirmation. So don’t take this as gospel just yet.

And that’s the only game that will really worry Jürgen Klopp’s men – four opponents in the bottom half made a good last month.

EVERTON

  • West Ham (a)
  • Aston Villa (a)
  • Sheffield United (h)
  • Wolves (h)
  • Man City (a)

The Toffees are without a win in eight games in all competitions so it has to be said that there are no easy games for them at the moment.

Many Dream Team gawkers will keep their trust in Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£ 3.8m) until last week, but it’s hard to justify many of the other Goodison Park residents right now.

ARSENAL

  • Villarreal (h)
  • West Brom (h)
  • Chelsea (a)
  • Crystal palace (a)
  • Brighton (h)
  • Europa League final? (n)

A place in the Europa League final is anything but guaranteed after a disappointing 2-1 defeat by Unai Emerys Villarreal in the first leg of the semi-finals.

If the Gunners can correct the situation this week, their schedule looks a bit appealing, but if not, it could mean an early end to the campaign in all respects.

ASTON VILLA

  • Man United (h)
  • Everton (h)
  • Crystal palace (a)
  • Spores (a)
  • Chelsea (h)

A welcome win over the weekend doesn’t hide the fact that the Villains’ form has taken a nosedive since Jack Grealish’s (£ 4.5m) injury.

And with only one game left against one opponent in the table, a strong finish requires significant effort.

Even so, Ollie Watkins (£ 3.7m) continues to offer its owners decent returns.

We mentioned Leeds’ relatively cheap May, but a lackluster performance against Brighton has partially closed this street.

Keep an eye on how Marcelo Bielsa’s side react against Spurs this weekend but it’s possible the return of Patrick Bamford (£ 3.4m) and co is behind us this season.
